Thanks for reaching out. I see my teammate, Darrell, confirmed that the error you encountered was expected. The course was last saved using Storyline 360 Update 99, and you're trying to open the project using an outdated version of Storyline 360, which does not support the background audio feature. For reference, background audio was introduced in Storyline 360 Update 74, so earlier versions won't be able to open files that use or reference this feature.
