Thanks for reaching out!
I understand your courses are encountering difficulties resuming correctly. I'd like to ask a few questions to understand what's happening:
- Which learning standard did you select when you published your course? If you used SCORM 1.2, have you tried checking your LMS logs to see if your course is exceeding the suspend data limit?
- Can you replicate the issue by hosting your course on a different LMS like SCORM Cloud?
If you can consistently replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please open a case with our support team here so we can request a copy of your course for testing. We'll delete if afterwards!
