Completion Trigger Bug in Classic Player - Proceed with Caution!
Please be advised there is a bug in the current version of Storyline (3.55.25975.0) that causes the completion trigger functionality outlined in this article to NOT work if you are using the classic player. My team lost over 10 hours troubleshooting this yesterday before we realized there was a known software bug. I hope by posting it here, others may avoid a similar experience. The workaround is to publish using the modern player or using an earlier version of Storyline (3.54.25674.0).
