Comprehensive Exam?

I would like to use Rise360 to create a comprehensive final exam.  I know it has all the features to make a really nice, attractive, exam.  However, what I havent found is 1) creating it such that the test taker does not have immediate access to the exam results 2) allowing the test taker to review questions/answers before submitting for final grading.

Am I missing something or does anyone have a nice work around?
