I'm not sure I fully understand what you mean here:
When an Associate takes the training and assessment as a Live Training and we input the score, it is logged by the LMS. But, if that Associate were to go back into the assessment in the LMS their score is changes to 100%.
When you say "Live training", does it mean the associates are taking the assessment in a live classroom, and the scores are manually added to the LMS?
Do they have the option of taking the assessment either way?
