Content Library 360 not working
When I enter a search term it won't work. I get the following message:
I tried closing the program and reopening it and it didn't work. Please help.

FYI, I had used it before the most recent update and after the update I receive this error. After looking up what it means, looks like there is something wrong with the code in the program.

I'm sorry you're having an issue with the content library! I tested the content library on my end and everything seems to be running smoothly. Here's an article on how to fix things when Storyline is behaving erratically.

It started working after I did another update check. Weird though that it wasn't an update to Storyline but an update to Studio 360 and Replay 360 and then it started working.
