Content Library Images Not Loading
Yesterday - I could see thumbnails to preview. All of a sudden today, nothing is loading. Some links still pull in images (but I don't know what I'm pulling in) and others won't load altogether.
Anyone else having this problem?
Hi Julie! I'm sorry to hear that you are having some issues with previewing thumbnails in Content Library.
You can try clearing your browser's cache or use a different supported browser to see if this would clear out. If the issue persists, you may need to reach out to your I.T. staff and ensure the endpoints listed in this article are added to your organization's allowlist.
Let me know how it goes.
