Content server package issue in scorm 1.2 courses -- scorm cloud

Hello,

We have created the content server packages(without content) for scorm 1.2 courses and uploaded and checked them on cloud.scorm.com. But the tracking of the courses i.e, Completion, and score details are not captured. After exiting the course getting the attached error.

And non-storyline courses are working fine without any issue. Please check the below inputs after exiting the courses:

Please help on this... All of our courses are converted into html5 using storyline.

Now we are facing problems from clients due to tracking issues.
