Content Tracking for Process/Policy/System Changes
Hi Team!
Wondering if anyone has any suggestions/spreadsheets or ideas on tracking which of our Rise courses contains specific content that has the potential to change (such as processes, systems or leadership roles)?
Having many Standard Operating Procedures which link to different areas of the business/types of roles, this can be tricky to manage.
Looking forward to your replies/ideas.
Thanks,
Jake

You could use a simple spreadsheet. Exactly how you set it up depends on the number of SOPs and courses.
- Use one worksheet for all the info. Give each SOP its own column and each course its own row (or vice versa). Then mark cells to indicate which courses refer to which SOPs.
- For a bit of extra info, instead of just putting an X or Yes in a cell, indicate whether the course links to the SOP and/or provides details about it.
- Use one worksheet per SOP. Give each course its own row, and provide details in another column(s).
