Continue course with divider

I have a course with a divider after a flashcard interaction that requires people to complete the flashcard interaction before continuing. If they complete the course module, but want to go back and review it at a later time, the divider shows up again and will not let them proceed without doing the flashcard interaction again.

Is there a way to have the system remember that they have completed the flashcard interaction previously and not have the divider stop them from proceeding?

Thank you in advance

  • If a course is published for and presented in an LMS/LRS, Rise (as well as Storyline) will use the LMS/LRS to store suspend/resume data. The program needs that data to allow a user to resume where they left off if they exit the course and then return.

If you're just presenting a course on the web, there's no place to store that data. Thus, the user has to restart from the beginning each time they launch the course. (Note: Some aspects might be saved in the browser cache. However, those settings can vary widely and are not a reliable way to resume courses.)
