Contract work available for risk, intelligence & compliance modules

Hi all, I'm a subject matter expert in risk, intelligence & compliance, but relatively new to Articulate. I'm looking for a partner to work on a number of online training programs. The first batch are for local Councils, the second batch are aimed at intelligence & risk analysts, and there is a third (currently just potential) batch in the wings. Am designing for use via organisational LMS or a common platform (eg. Thinkific). The programs are not complex / convoluted & content quality will remain the key selling point, but I want that quality content to be supported by error-free execution, quality  graphics, modern design, good interactivity etc. I'm able to do the basic design, voice overs, and much of the general grunt work (e.g. animation, timing etc.). Looking for someone to partner with. Timing will be somewhat flexible, but attention to detail will be important.
