CORS / PNA Error When Storyline Calls External API

We’re encountering an issue where a Storyline course hosted on articulateusercontent.com attempts to make a fetch() call to our API, but the browser blocks it with:

“Blocked by CORS policy: Permission was denied for this request to access the local address space.”

This appears related to CORS and Private Network Access restrictions in modern browsers.

Could you please advise:

1. Whether Storyline content can call an external API via a public reverse proxy to avoid PNA issues?
2. Whether Storyline or Review 360 supports webhooks or server‑side integration methods as an alternative?

We’re looking for the recommended approach to securely send/receive data between a Storyline course and an external service.
