Course cannot play in LMS "This XML file does not appear to have any style associated with it"

Hi, I'm having a hard time getting a SCORM package to work with an LMS in one of my subsidiaries. I am not sure what kind of LMS they are using, it looks like IT support doesn't often deal with e-Learning, mostly other IT issues. I sent them a SCORM 2004 file which works in all our other offices but this one keeps saying that the course is trying to open up in Flash, which is impossible because the option to export as Flash is now removed. I've attached the screenshot that pops up when I sent them a very small SCORM file of only one video. The SCORM file is also attached here. Any help regarding this matter is greatly appreciated.
