Storyline 360 Corrupt SCORM File - "This Presentation is Inactive"
I have a Storyline 360 SCORM file that has been uploaded into our LMS and active for over a year. Just recently, the file has somehow become corrupt and when launching the training in the LMS, the user gets the error message, "This Presentation is Inactive". When I run it through SCORM Cloud, I get the same error message. What could be causing this and how do I fix it?

this is not a error message from the storyline web player - rather one of the lms environment (csod.com = Cornerstone)
you are using - Scorm 1.2, Scorm 2004, AICC, CMI ?

Hi Ashley - I had a ticket come through my organization today with this error message. The course looked to be cross domain. In the index.html file, is there a reference to another domain that is not your own?
