Course Completion Data

We are having trouble with the track course completion after we have uploaded the SCORM file into an LMS (WeLearn/Brightspace). When exporting the course to SCORM (2004) we had it set to track using course completion. The LMS is saying that the data can't be collected because the SCORM package was built in Rise. 

Has anyone had success using the course completion option in that LMS?

    Hi Heather? Have you tried testing your course in SCORM Cloud, and are you getting the same error? If you encounter the same errors in SCORM Cloud, please open a support case here, and we'll be happy to work with you directly in troubleshooting your course.  If this only happens in WeLearn/Brightspace, I recommend reaching out to your LMS admins for further assistance.
