Course Completion not being triggered
Hi all! We recently replaced an older file of a rise360 with an updated version in our LMS and it is no longer triggering a course completion for users who have previously completed the course. The course we are having issues with has a triannual review and renewal. Users must complete the updated version every three years. I have searched high and low through the forums and tried all the suggestions I've seen that are similar to the problem I have to no avail. Has anyone else experienced this or have suggestions on what might be going on and how to fix it?

Hi Leslie! So sorry to hear that your updated Rise 360 course isn't triggering course completion for users who previously completed it. I see an open case, 03376524, regarding this.
