Course gets stuck on slide with Zoom

Hello everyone :) 

I've encountered an issue with one of the slides in our course that includes two images with a Zoom feature. During my tests in Review 360, everything worked perfectly. However, after uploading the training to our LMS, some users reported they get stuck on the slide with the Zoom feature.

Throughout the project, I've disabled the option to move to the next slide until the timeline completes. At that point, the arrow becomes active, and the user can click to proceed. Unfortunately, on the slide with the Zoom feature, even though the triggers are the same across all slides, the course sometimes gets stuck. Users then have to repeat the entire course, and the problematic slide works properly the second time.

Does anyone have ideas about what might be causing this issue? Any help or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

    Hi katiea1,

    I'm happy to help narrow down the issue!

    First, have you tried testing the course in SCORM Cloud? That would help us determine if the issue is file-specific or LMS-related. It sounds like this issue is only happening for a select number of users, is that correct? If so, are there any commonalities with how they're viewing the course? Some examples are which device, browser, security settings, etc. 

    If you're comfortable sharing the file with us here or privately in a support case, we'll test it ourselves as well! All files will be deleted from our systems once troubleshooting is completed.
