Course Shows Up as Half-Complete on the LMS Even Though I Completed It

I created a course in Storyline 360 that has a quiz where the passing grade is 80%. The client wants staff to be able to complete the course regardless of their passing status and take it up to a certain number of times. They want to be able to see how many times the same person had to take the course before passing, or if they ever pass. I published it and sent it to be uploaded by the LMS Admin. The client uses Brainier LMS. On the LMS, I completed the course as a test, including the quiz. I had the tracking settings set to "When the learner completes a quiz", with the quiz selected. The LMS reporting setting was set to "Passed/Incomplete".
It didn't work. I kept republishing, eventually using all four reporting settings and it still doesn't work. It shows up as half done (50%) in the LMS I always complete the quiz. At one point, I switched the tracking to "When the learner has viewed 100% of all slides in the project", but that didn't work either (of course I viewed all the slides).
At this point I am at a loss. What am I missing?

Sometimes it's helpful to test the course in ScormCloud or even Reach to see if the course is configured properly. If you are getting completion in ScormCloud then you can be more confident that the issue is on the LMS side and nothing is wrong with course.
Thanks Ron. I just tested it on ScormCloud, and I get "Incomplete" as the Completion status and "unknown" as the Success status. When I launched it, the program showed the correct score. It's good to know that the score is coming through.
