Cover page not showing in LMS
When we add the course (xAPI) to our current LMS, the module opens from the first lesson, instead of showing the cover page with the introduction. We want the learners to see the home page first as it helps them in navigating the course content. Any help, please?
Additionally, the videos in the first page start playing automatically. Any way we can prevent this from happening as well?

I understand the cover page isn't showing when the course is played in your LMS. I have a few troubleshooting steps to get started.
- You'll want to confirm that you have the Hide Cover Page option toggled off.
- What happens if you try a different browser or clear your browser cache? Does the cover page appear? Additionally, does the video still play automatically?
- Have you tried viewing your course in SCORM Cloud?
If it works in SCORM Cloud, the issue is likely specific to your LMS. If it doesn't play as expected there, it'd be helpful to take a closer look at your file. You can share that here or privately in a support case.
