Create individual "Invalid answer" in a hostspot question

Thanks for reaching out about this! The "invalid answer" box that appears when you don't answer a question is a built-in feature that can't be edited.

You can create an "invalid answer" layer that works similarly to the "correct" or "incorrect" layer in your slide layers menu. Here's a conversation discussing that option complete with a sample file.
