Hello Alyssa! There isn't a way to extract data from your Rise 360 module. You'll need to publish and host it to an LMS platform to generate user data.
User data is not tracked if you publish your course for web distribution. You may want to check out this forum post where members talked about Google Analytics integration with Rise.
