Difference between training, education, and learning?
I have a strong belief that if you're not being taught a new skill, it's not really training, it's a presentation or information session.
I'd be interested in hearing the community's take on this...
Learning is what the participant does; training is what the trainer does; and education is what a larger institution does. I think skill development, knowledge/idea sharing, and info presentations belong in all three.
