Difference between training, education, and learning?
I have a strong belief that if you're not being taught a new skill, it's not really training, it's a presentation or information session.
I'd be interested in hearing the community's take on this...
I frame it as "telling ain't training" and believe training always includes some form of practice. And, it doesn't have to be physical/psychomotor skills either.
You can practice in soft-skills training, decision making, role-playing, etc.
