Documented testing criteria
Hey Guys,
I have a question here that's maybe a little outside of the box. My employer uses a combination of resources (internal and external) to develop eLearning content.
Content typically progresses through some internal testing by subject matter experts, training coordinators and others (in a test environment) before being deployed into production.
We don't have any documented testing criteria so I am wondering if someone has something I could take a look at?
Example 1. All boxes on page 2 to be clicked before learner can progress.
Example 2. If learner returns to page 2 what is the expected behavior?
Many thanks in advance.
Anthony.

Much of the testing criteria depends on how a given course is set up and what interactions it uses. It should definitely include what happens if the learner revisits any content.
For an overview of what to include, here's a recent post I wrote about Quality Assurance (QA) testing: https://community.articulate.com/discussions/building-better-courses/tip-quality-assurance-qa-testing-is-a-vital-step
