Does Articulate reserve the right to use the content I develop for marketing purposes?
Articulate needs some rights to your content in order to operate their site. For example, even though they don't own the copyright to your course, you basically grant them the right to present it if you choose to put it into Review 360. And, obviously, when you post anything here on the Forum, you're allowing this content to be accessed by the public.
Here's how it's explained in the Terms of Service:
This would not allow them to reuse your content for marketing purposes (though I suppose they could link to any of your content that's on the Forum).

BTW, copyright can get tricky for things like courses. Who's the "author" if someone writes the text, another person creates the graphics, and someone else develops the content?
Typically, if an employee or work-for-hire contractor produces something, the hiring company owns the copyright. The final terms should be specified in contracts.
