Drag Over states only appearing for correct answer
For this drag-and-drop interaction, I'm trying to get the target boxes to change to a more visible state when a potential answer is held over the box. I used the built-in "drag over" states, but they only appear when the correct item is dragged over them. I would like them to appear when any answer option is dragged over them (or it gives the answer away :-)

If you go to Drag & Drop Options and from there change the setting "Return item to starting point if dropped outside" from "a correct drop target" to "any drop target", it seems to work correctly.
