Draws from Question bank keeps coming

I have a project where I have 6 different question banks, based on different themes. For each theme, there are 5 draws in a row. The problem is that storyline doesn't stop after 5 questions. They just keep coming.

Any idea what can cause this?

    are they set to only draw one? difficult to find a problem without seeing the file on this one

    Thank you Phil. Your wording clued me in to my mistake, and I feel rather silly. But problem fixed.
