Edit screens acting weird!!
Hi,
I have noticed several issues with my Storyline program in the last couple of months. I have attached images to help show what I am talking about.
1. The color picker has changed to a new UI, which in itself is not a big deal, though I preferred the original UI. The problem is, when I use the eyedropper, the mouse starts flashing like crazy and I am lucky if I can get the correct color selected between flashes. Is there a way to revert to the older UI for this?
2. What I see on the editing window does not match what I see on the preview. In the images attached, the preview is accurate. But the editing screen shows cut off images and out of place elements which makes it very difficult to work (the green boxes show on timings).
3. I am continually forced to save my work under new names or the file is corrupted and will not open if I try to work with the project again later.
Do I just have a corrupted version of Storyline????
Thanks in advance for any help that can be provided.

update - I disabled the hardware graphics acceleration option in the Storyline options and that appears to have resolved the edit screen elements looking completely off. However, the color picker issue with the flashing is still happening. I have added a new screenshot - in this screenshot, you can see the color picker box showing a reddish color, that was one of the flashing colors - it should have been that same cream background - but it was almost like it was cycling through dozens of colors at high-speed.

I am also not able to use the color picker with the latest SL upgrade. Noticed it happened right when I made the update. Worked fine prior to this.
I too disabled the graphic acceleration and it works somewhat, but seems to be connected. Are we working on a patch for this?
Hello All,
Sorry to hear about your troubles with Storyline 360's color picker.
I'm not seeing this issue happening to other users, so this behavior might be isolated to certain environments. Can I ask if any of you are working using multiple monitors?
I'd first recommend doing a repair of your Storyline 360 installation by following the steps here:
Additionally, try changing the value of this setting to 100% by right-clicking on your desktop and selecting Display settings.
If the issue persists after doing the repair, open a case with our support team here so we can take a closer look at what's happening.
