Edit "Start Quiz" label

Hi,

While you can change the label for the Start Quiz button, it is changed at Course level, and cannot be changed selectively.

So you can't have the label say Start Quiz in one place and Start Acknowledgement in a different place.

Can this be changed? It would be really useful to have a 'Start Acknowledgement' button.
And sometimes I don't want to call it a quiz, but a Learning Checkpoint.

As many times before , being creative with the naming of the Continue button block and course structure can be a possible "workaorund". As well as the interactive buttons block.

But i still +1 the idea.
