Embedded Youtube videos not working in Kallidus LMS
Hi,
I've been building Rise course for a client that uses Kallidus as their LMS. I've embedded quite a few Youtube clips in the courses (often the same clips, but starting at certain points in the video).
The videos work in preview and when published to Reach. But, in the clients LMS they come up with an error and the only way to watch the clips is by navigating to Youtube.
Other embedded clips, such as through Loom work fine. I wondered if anyone else had come across this issue at all, or knew how to resolve it?

If your course works properly during preview and in Reach 360, this sounds like an LMS-specific issue. You can also test your course in SCORM Cloud and Review 360 to confirm if this is the case. If the embedded videos load in all the hosting environments except Kallidus LMS, please reach out to their support team so they can investigate the issue in their platform.
