Error code

Hi, I am receiving the following error code message when I attempt to download the desktop apps on my new PC "name": "AxiosError" Anyone assistance is appreciated.

    A helpful first step is to confirm that all network endpoints are enabled. You may need help from your IT team on this! Please check if port 443 is open. If not, ask them to open port 443 and add the domains in this article to your organization's 'allowlist'. In the meantime, you can try downloading the applications that you need from here, and perform a manual install.
