error publishing your course to Articulate 360
“There was an error publishing your course to Articulate 360. Please check your internet connection and try again.”
We have tried reinstalling Storyline with the latest, and there is no Internet connection issue. Also, was able to publish to Review 360 all last year. No changes on my end.
I have seen posts from years back where there were problems with similar on Articulate's end. Is there still a solution for this problem?

Sorry to hear you're having trouble publishing to Review 360!
We've seen other users work around this behavior by singing out of the Articulate 360 desktop app, then signing back in again. Please try the steps Kendal shared, to see if that corrects the issue.

Hi Jennifer,
I recently had an error when trying to publish to Review. I fixed it and perhaps this will work for you, too:
- Launch the Articulate 360 program on your computer. (Not Storyline)
- Sign out.
- Sign back in
- Go back into Storyline and attempt to republish.
