Error when trying to upload a file.

Hello,

I'm unable to upload files into Articulate to make some small modifications to a SCORM file. My companies IT department will not allow access to the Storyline app due to security concerns.

Is there a way to I can make the modifications in Review 360?

This is the error I currently get when I try to upload.

"File Not Supported", Sorry the file you selected is not a supported file type".

    Hi Judy,

    Welcome to the E-Learning Heroes Community! 

    Great question! You can make changes to a published SCORM file using the original course file and using the platform used to create it. Published files cannot be edited or reverse-engineered.

    If it was created using Storyline, you'll need the project file with the extension *.story and then edit it using the Storyline authoring software. If it was published by another user, please ask them to send you a copy of the source file.

    Review 360 is a web app for collaborating with stakeholders on e-learning projects. It is not an authoring tool like Storyline, so you cannot edit a course with it.
