"Exit Course" button doesn't exit course, not reporting to LMS
We cannot recreate this issue but have multiple clients saying that some users are experiencing a "loop" of finishing a test, clicking exit but it not working, manually exiting the window, the LMS do...

Since you cannot recreate the issue on your end, there's a possibility that the behavior is LMS-specific. One test you can do is to host your course on a different LMS like SCORM Cloud and ask your clients to test. If the course works for your clients in SCORM Cloud, please work with your LMS team so they can check what's happening. They may need to enable the LMS debug logs for your course to better understand what's causing the issue.
If your clients can replicate the behavior in SCORM Cloud, please share a copy of your project file here or privately by opening a support case so we can check. We'll delete it when we're done!
