Export Storyline ne fonctionne pas

J'ai un problème avec certains fichiers storyline, qui lors de leur export (que ce soit en SCORM 2004 ou 1.2), la barre de chargement commence et ne se termine jamais. Le logiciel ne termine pas planter complètement.

Le fichier a été créé récemment, et ses compères fonctionnent bien, seul 3 d'entre eux bogue. Aucun message d'erreur ne s'affiche, car l'application est complètement figée.  

J'ai déjà tenté de dupliquer le projet, de l'enregistrer ailleurs, de tester d'autres sortent d'export : mais ça ne fonctionne jamais.

Sauriez-vous comment régler ce problème, svp ?

I have a problem with some storyline files, which when exported (whether in SCORM 2004 or 1.2), the loading bar starts and never ends. The software doesn't crash completely.

The file was created recently, and its companions work well, only 3 of them buggy. No error message is displayed, as the application is completely frozen.

I've already tried duplicating the project, saving it elsewhere, testing other export outputs: but it never works.

Could you please tell me how to solve this problem?

    Hello Felicia!

    It sounds like you've already done quite a bit of troubleshooting! We would need to see the .story files to understand what is causing the application to freeze.

    Can you share the .story files with us in a support case? This will go straight to our Support Engineers, who will be able to investigate further.
