Extracting Content / Keywords from created training

Hello,

I have been creating an awful lot on Rise360, to the point that it will be hard to remember what is precisely in each lesson, or, for someone who would come onboard to maintain the training it could prove difficult to know all instances something would have to be updated during the training.

Is there a way to export or consult a list of all courses created with their module's names and potentially when each was last updated? (not talking about browsing the picture or the list and clicking on each)

Instead of me having a manual log on the side, trying to find a way to find some points of content
