Extracting text from scorm packages

Hi v-rmusat! I'm happy to provide a bit of context here. The locales folder has since been removed from the Rise 360 published output as we continue to support Localization. Those files now live in index.html. Because Rise 360 has used different packaging approaches over time, we don’t recommend targeting specific internal files for downstream automation. I hope this provides clarity!
