Feedback slide layers not showing

Hi - I am trying to edit/update a Storyline block created by an external agency. I have gone through the process of editing all slide layers, but when I tried to edit the responses to questions labeled as feedback in the slide layer, I could not find that specific feedback slide. Am I missing something?
