Fill in Blank Quiz question showing answer

Not finding the right answer in the discussions!

I have a quiz that has multiple fill in the blank answers. When I load it into the LMS is displays the correct answer in some of the blanks when clicked, before I get a chance to answer.

I've tried to eliminate variables that may cause this, with no luck. I've renamed and reloaded the quiz multiple times in the hopes that it is remembering my results and displaying them. I've changed saved names, etc, to determine, but no luck.  Attached screen shot for example.

When first uploaded into the LMS I think it worked correctly, but not anymore, it always shows the answer to question #2 and #5. Any ideas?

    Hi Pamela,

    Your screenshot did not come through. Uploading and sharing a clean version of your .story file would also help with problem-solving.

      Here is the file. To clarify, the two question #2 and #5 show the answer when I click in to answer. The questions with the date responses do not seem to have that issue.

    Pamela, I'm very sorry but I still don't see any attachment. Is it only me or you are having a trouble with uploading?

      Last time I asked for guidance, I was not able to upload the file in an email. You guys sent me a link to post it to. Can we do that again?

    Hi, Pamela. I don't work for Articulate. I normally use "Add Attachment" button to upload files. I suggest contacting the Articulate support to troubleshoot uploading issue. I can only send you a link to upload your project for the Articulate support review.

      Yes, that would be great!

      Normally our company block my attachments externally. This is what I see when I go through the quiz on our LMS. Clicking the open field shows a popup with the correct answer. I’ve tried changing the name of the title, to see if it is remembering my answers. But no luck.

      I’m sure it is some simple setting but I’ve tried everything that I read on eLearning Heros and Articulate support site.

        It sounds like you were trying to attach a screenshot of trigger settings, but I'm not seeing it included with your post. Not to worry! I went ahead and opened a support case on your behalf so you can share your files with our support engineers privately.
