Fill in the Blank Questions for Quizmaker
Hi there, I'm having issues with my knowledge check. I created it in Quizmaker and uploaded it onto Rise.com. My users are saying that when they try to answer the fill in the blank questions, it tells them that it is incorrect even though they type in the correct answer. I did not make the answers case sensitive and I double checked to make sure that there are no spaces after each answer. Has anyone else run into this issue? And how can I fix it?
Thanks!

Hi, Ashley.
Thank you for reaching out!
Let me ask you a few questions so we can start troubleshooting the issue:
- When you preview the project in Quizmaker, does it work correctly?
- Were you able to replicate the issue on your end after uploading to Rise.com?
- Do you know if the issue is happening for all the users or just a portion of them?
It would also be helpful to share your .quiz file either here or privately through a support case.

Good morning and thank you so much for following up with me! 😊
So here are my answers to your questions:1. It does work correctly when I preview it in Quizmaker
2. I’m not able to replicate the issue that my students are having after I upload the quiz into Rise.com
3. The issue is happening for all of my users; in multiple training sessions.I went in and made sure that I hit ‘enter’ after each acceptable response and that the answers were not case sensitive. Here is a screenshot of how I have the slide set up. Thanks!!

Hi Ashley,
Thanks for the follow-up! Based on those details, it sounds like this could be specific to Rise.com. Feel free to connect with them at help@rise.com or use the chat function within the application.
I'll also give them a heads up about what you've shared so far!
