Final Assessment - Not Displaying Learners Score

Hi Everyone! 

We have one quiz in our course which results in a final assessment. The results screen displays the learner's score and the passing score of 80%.

This is my 3rd version of the same eLearning with some content adaptions, so I compared the trigger codes and settings to the working results slide with no success. I tried replacing it with a brand new results slide (accepting I may have to rebuild it) as this was a pre-built result slide template that was adapted, but even the plain template one did the same thing. 

It will still show the success/failure layers if the learner scores above/below the passing grade but will not show the learner's actual score. After reading all the posts, I'm at my wits end on what could be going on or how to fix it and why it's not working on this eLearning but is on the other versions of this exact training. All questions are working as expected.
