Firefox freeze

Bonjour,

nous avons un client qui a un problème avec notre module (storyline) qui freeze de manière aléatoire sur firefox 128.11.0esr. Le module fonctionne très bien sur tous les autres navigateurs. J'ai testé plein de chose mais il n'y a rien qui corrige ce bug. Pourriez-vous m'aider merci

    Can you tell us more about how this add-on works and how Storyline 360 content is hosted on it to help us better understand what's happening? Is this an add-on or extension from an LMS? Or do you have your own method of hosting content that requires a third-party add-on to work?
