Firefox: SCORM 2.4 v3 page not loading

We just got an exported articulate SCORM package (2.4. v3) and it seems to work fine with Chrome and Safari. Firefox has issues with pages not fully rendering and requiring the end user to...
It wasn't clear to me if I needed to restart Firefox, but after setting
network.http.connection-timeout 1000
network.http.connection-retry-timeout 400
and after restarting it seems to be working "correctly". Can we get verification as to if this is an appropriate fix, a short term fix, or are there place to fix the exported SCORM support files that might fit this.
