Yes you can.
Select the EDIT button.
A list of all your Flashcards will be displayed.
On the far left you will see a set of 3 vertical dots for each block. They could be hard to see based on your monitor settings.
Click on the 3 dots for any block and drag the block up or down to change it's position/order.
Hi, Lew! In the editing window for flashcard blocks, you should see 3 dots that you can click to drag the cards into a different order.

This is great. Can I move my flashcards to a different block? I accidentally put 3 in the wrong block.

Hi Gary,
I would copy the block, and then delete the unwanted cards from both blocks.

Thanks for your reponse.
Now I am trying to relocate the audio inserted in a timeline block from the
bottom to the top.I cannot find a way to move the audio file location.
I would really appreciate any help I can get.

Yeah. Did that in the end. It is a nice tool once you get the hang of it.
