Focus indicator not available for the divider "Continue button" on RISE 360

Focus indicator not available for the divider "Continue button", or Submit button" on Rise 360. Focus indicator not available for the divider "Continue button". It should be something like pic 1(attached) where the black border is atleast visible. This issues is repeatedly been showing as accessibility issue, and stopping from releasing the module. I have to use company brand color "#00005c".
