Focus Order pop up window not working properly with Two monitors

Anyone having this issue with the most recent update (I sadly have had three different types of issues with this last update) - all tracked here somewhere. :)

Anyway, I have always used two monitors.  When I have a very long focus order, I drag my window to my second monitor, since the last upgrade it sometimes won't let you even start moving things it just "dings" does work sometimes.  But it will never let you select the save button and close the window.  Every time since last update I have to drag the window back to the monitor that storyline is on and it will save.  Odd but true...Not urgent, just between this and the eyedropper not working and the callout pointer issue, there seems to be a lot of glitches with last update...
