Font Issues - Published Course

Question

Hello -
I was hoping someone could help me troubleshoot an issue with a published course.&nbsp; The end user is experiencing an issue where the&nbsp;text on the slide is a mixture of random fonts which none of them are the original font which is Calibri.&nbsp; I have looked through older discussions but haven't been able to identify what may be causing this now.&nbsp; The version we are on is Articulate Storyline 360 v3.50.24832.0.&nbsp; Any assistance would be much appreciated.
