Some options to consider:
- Don't show the score. Only show the %.

- Change the points for each question to 1. Then, on the Results slide, show the "ScorePoints of PassPoints." Thus, for example, if the user answers all 9 questions correctly, the Results slide would show 100% and indicate they correctly answered "9 of 9" questions.
