Rise 360 sends more than just learner completion to an LMS. Here's a full list of all quiz data sent to an LMS by a Rise 360 course.
That said, Rise 360 sends only the final score of the tracked quiz to an LMS. Are you trying to track the scores of previous quizzes?
Scores from previous quizzes are not recorded unless you switch the completion criteria in the publishing settings to these quizzes. There isn't a way to track more than one of these scores, but this might be a limitation of an LMS rather than the course itself. For example, popular LMS environments like SCORM Cloud record only one score in a Rise 360 course with multiple quizzes.
