Freeform Hot Spot Not Translating to LMS
Hi!
I have a Storyline 360 training that has random knowledge checks throughout. They are connected to feedback layers, but no results slide since they are not overall quizzes.
All of them behave as they should in Review 360 and Preview, but in post one of the knowledge checks does not advance once the learner has clicked the correct answer.
Has anyone else had this issue? If yes, how did you resolve? I appreciate any input.
Settings are as follows
Feedback: By Question
Score: By Question
Attempts: Unlimited (try again and correct layers)
Submit: On Click

I understand the course plays as expected when previewed in Storyline or Review 360, but not when it's launched in your LMS. Here are a few troubleshooting steps you can try:
- Try viewing the course in a different browser or incognito/private window.
- Clear your browser cache.
- Upload the course to SCORM Cloud to see if the issue also occurs there. This can help determine whether the behavior is LMS-related or file-specific.
If the issue occurs in SCORM Cloud as well, it would be helpful to review a copy of your .story file for further testing. You can share that here or privately in a support case, and we'll delete it from our systems once troubleshooting is complete!
